HABIT
I believe and agree with Steven Covey when he said and I quote "HABIT IS THE INTERSECTION OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND DESIRE. (Knowledge=head=what to do, Skill=hand=how to do, Desire=heart=want to do).
